The Hospitality Ministry functions discretely behind the scenes as ambassadors to the church, ensuring that every person who enters the doors is made to feel comfortable in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  We prepare ourselves to serve through prayer and by inviting the Holy Spirit to move among us during our acts of service.  We anticipate and address any practical and spiritual needs that arise among congregants during Sunday morning worship and other worship services and programs. 

In addition to welcoming all members and visitors, we distribute bulletins, escort congregants to available seats, count weekly attendance, collect tithes and offerings, help persons who become ill or need emergency services, facilitate fire drills, and support the pastors, staff, members of ministries, and anyone who may need assistance.  We also help maintain order and flow in the service by quieting congregants and handling disruptions in an organized, tactful and loving manner.
