We are excited to share details the 2023 MPC Women’s Conference

Minister Cynthia Terrell of Allen Cathedral will be our Conference Workshop Leader!!!

When is the conference?

Women’s Conference 2023 is Friday, August 4th through Sunday, August 6th 2023

Where is the conference located?

Danfords Hotel, Marina & Spa 

25 East Broadway

Port Jefferson NY 11777

All workshops and worship service will occur here in the host hotel.

How will we travel to the conference?

Attendees will travel by car. Carpooling is recommended. The venue is less than an hour and a half away from Roosevelt. 

What is the cost?

• Parking is $8 per day for conference attendees. Note: Danfords does not own any parking lots. All lots are the property of the Village of Port Jefferson. However Danfords has offered a daily parking pass ($8/day) with our package. Handicap parking is always free.

What is included with my conference registration fee?

Your conference fees include spiritual workshops and worship services. Dinner meals on Friday and Saturday.  Breakfast meals on Saturday and Sunday. Conference T-shirt. 

What is NOT included in my conference registration fee?

• Hotel lodging is not included. Your hotel stay is a separate cost (as noted above) and will be paid directly to the hotel. 
• Saturday lunch is also not included. You will be on your own for your meal on Saturday. There will be a break midday on Saturday so that you will have time to explore the Port Jefferson area and have lunch. The hotel has a restaurant onsite and there are several local eateries in the area that are within walking distance.

Can I just attend the conference without staying at the hotel

No. Registration fee AND hotel reservation must be paid as these rates are a package deal.  We cannot offer a day rate at this time.

How do I reserve my hotel room?

Within 2days after your conference registration is received you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to make your hotel reservation.  The reservation will be made with a credit card hold but will not be charged until the event weekend.

How many beds per room?

Rooms have either 2 Queen beds, or 1 King bed (subject to availability, note there are a limited number of rooms with 2 beds).  When you make your reservation with Danfords, specify your presence.

When can I check into the hotel?

Hotel check in is at 4pm on Friday, August 4th. 

What should I wear?

We suggest you wear comfortable attire. More information on color schemes and themes will be shared later.

Hotel check-out is at 11am on Sunday, August 6th. 

How do I register?
